Most of the guides and resources that I have found on the net for builders and the construction industry are too cumbersome to use, try to cover too much ground, and the ad overkill gives me a headache. I thought I'd start small, use a simple format (mostly clicks, no typing), specialize on one particular area, and try to do it right.
