About Steven Leigh Builders
The mission of Steven Leigh Builders is to work with inspired homeowners. The firm enjoys working with talented designers, engineers and craftsmen, on the project development, management and construction of creative, high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
Steven Leigh Builders has no preset formula. Residential projects have been completed in as small as 2,500 square feet, and as large as 45,000 square feet. The firm has completed projects ranging from small home renovations to large-scale multi-building compunds. Sites run the gamut from under one acre to over fifty acres. We have completed homes in under 90 days, and worked on projects that have taken many years to complete. We are very flexible. We only ask for truly motivated clients with a sincere desire to create and inspire.
Steven Leigh, Builder Inc. was founded in 1982 by Steven Leigh, after finishing a little bit of an Architectural degree at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NYC (just enough to be dangerous). Since that time, he has been involved in, and completed projects domestically across five states in the Northeast US, and internationally in Mexico, Europe, and Eastern Europe.
Steven Leigh is currently a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Builder's Institute. He is also a past member of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York as well as the Rockland County Builder's Association.
